ASK POTATO COMMISH

I will answer questions sent throughout the week here every Friday. To ask me a question just click here and give me your name (alias), state, and question.

1.    What does the “T” in Mr. T stand for? Ryan at CMU

I’m afraid that I cannot answer this question, Ryan. You must find your own T. For me to tell what the T should represent for you would be a heinous injustice. For me the T stands for toughness. This is what Mr. T is to me. But you must decide for yourself what that T means to you Ryan. Now go forth and find your personal T.

2.  Whatever happened to the other two guys on the Cinnamon Toast Crunch box? Agent Guy Smiley

Well, based on the latest FBI evidence I have confirmed that Wendall did in fact eat them. I realize that Wendall was said to be under FBI surveillance at the time, but this is a conspiracy of mass proportions. The FBI is just Wendall’s pawn he uses bribes and threats of eating them to get his way. He had to get rid of the other two because they got to close to the truth. And they had the irresistible  taste of cinnamon and sugar. The taste you can see. So they were eaten with a quickness.

3.  How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood in 3.2 seconds? Agent Knappsack

1.3lbs or .59 kg for you metric folks.

4.   I netfo dnif taht I kaeps sdrawkcab. Si taht  a melborp? Kabir at CMU

Ti dluoc eb a suoires melborp deedni. Ouy dluohs ylbaborp kees lanoisseforp pleh. Ti si a suoires ssenlli.

5.  Whatever happened to sock monkeys? James from Georgia

Well, this is a sad story indeed, and one that is rarely publicized. Sock monkeys in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s were hunted to the brink of extinction. The sock monkey’s beautiful pelts were sold for 1000’s of dollars a piece. This led to mass hunting and multibillion dollar industry. In 1924 they were declared an endangered species and all hunting on sock monkeys was stopped. But, sock monkeys have not made a very spectacular come back. They are incredibly rare to see in the wild, and are most often observed in captivity.
